Story: Ms. Kirmse participated in the Inaugural Student Art Show of the St Charles Arts Council in February, 2014.  This beautiful charcoal so impressed the jury that they asked if a patron could be found who would purchase the piece for the public to be able to see.  Holly Cabel, Director of the St. Charles Park District and Board Member of the arts council, agreed to purchase the piece and donate it to the Hickory Knolls Discovery Center.
